Financial Literacy

TSCPA and other CPA professional organizations throughout the nation have made it a priority to help Americans better understand their personal finances. The financial literacy program encourages CPAs to take a volunteer leadership role in educating the public on common financial topics that appy to specific life stages.

Studies have shown that a significant percentage of Texans lack basic financial management skills, which leaves them vulnerable to potentially devastating financial situations. In response to this need, TSCPA provides the public with free personal finance resources.
